Reports: Dlamini says she would've retaliated against PE residents
Bathabile Dlamini said she didn't retaliate because the ANC would discipline her for violent actions.
JOHANNESBURG - African National Congress Women's League (ANCWL) president Bathabile Dlamini reportedly said she would have beaten Port Elizabeth residents who insulted and force her to leave the area today.
As quoted by the Herald Port Elizabeth, Dlamini says the only reason she did not retaliate is because the ANC would discipline her for violent actions.

The ANCWL president was expected to open the Ernest Malgas drug treatment centre in Port Elizabeth earlier today but residents became hostile and accused her of being drunk from expensive whiskey.
She burst into tears shortly before leaving the area.
