CAPE TOWN - A community leader says residents have had enough of poor service delivery in the Philadelphia area on the West Coast.

Community leader Francois Korah says protests are likely to continue until municipal officials address their grievances.

"Last night at the meeting, there was nothing in the budget about housing in Philadelphia. The reason why our people are so frustrated is because for the last 25 years there's been no delivery on low-cost housing."
