Jatho says people need to balance the work part while exploring things to do, in order to make them have fun and move away from the stress brought about by working hard.

Crous says people can find more fun things about their jobs if they allow the time and space for it.

Be more youthful in the workplace, and be playful sometimes... This is said to make for a healthy working environment.
