European Union institutions re-open today after the Easter break, but under much tighter security.
It's certainly not business as usual and there's growing concern that some of the unit who launched the deadly attack are still at large.
'Faycal C' was arrested two days after the attacks and charged with terrorist murders, yet is now free again.
The Belgian Federal Prosecutor's office says, "The clues that led to his arrest were not substantiated by the ongoing inquiry."
Eight others remain detained on suspected terrorism activities.
