Woman ‘traumatised’ after being raped, robbed in her house in FS
The men raped her in her house in Thabong then took two televisions, cellphones and clothes.
JOHANNESBURG - A woman has been raped and robbed by three men after they broke into her home in Thabong in the Free State today.
She was in her bedroom when the three men raped her before taking two televisions, cellphones, clothes and other valuable items.
Police say her two children, aged 15 and 13, were in another bedroom asleep.
No arrests have been made.
The police's Malebo Khosana says the woman is still receiving medical attention and was not able to identify suspects.
Police have appealed to the community to come forward if they have any information.
"She was traumatised when she reported the case and there is no mention of the kids being harmed in the report even though they were in the same house."
