The 19-year-old Sinoxolo Mafevuka's half-naked body was discovered by a resident who had gone to the toilet last week.
Police say there've been no arrests in connection with the murder of Mafevuka.
Her half-naked body was found shoved in a toilet in Khayelitsha's SST Block.
A resident made the grim discovery in the early hours of last Tuesday morning.
Her clothes had been stuffed in the toilet cistern.
