JOHANNESBURG - What do you do when you meet a president?
Curtsy? Bow? Shake his or her Excellency's hand?

The 106-year-old screamed "Hi" before dancing with joy when she met American president Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, at the White House on Sunday.
