JOHANNESBURG - In the spirit of Valentine's Day this weekend, Eyewitness News has discovered that a celebrity's ideal romantic experience can go from one extreme to the other.

Bonang Matheba, who was last night announced as E! Entertainment Africa's official host for season two, says that she is just a simple girl.

"Take me to the movies, take me to Spur for a good rack of ribs and a great strawberry milkshake and then let's go home and watch the Kardashians all day long until we fall asleep."

Meanwhile, actress and TV presenter Boity Thulo expects a lot more than a box of chocolates and roses this Sunday.

"My ideal Valentine's date would be a trip to Bora Bora and then get married same day, and then just buy me a Maserati or a Lamborghini. I am not that fussy. See I am a simple girl, I don't ask for much."

The Parlotones' Kahn Morbee says he will be working like any other Valentine's Day and will be performing at a family festival in Breedersdorp.

"Most Valentine's Days over the last 10 years, I have generally been performing."

He insists, however, that the concept of love is 'cool' and the day should be celebrated every day.
