CAPE TOWN - ANC Western Cape executive committee member Andile Lili has been arrested for breaking bail conditions.

Lili says police swooped on his home at around 3 o'clock this morning while he was asleep.

Authorities had three warrants for his arrest.

He's out on R5,000 bail on charges of incitement to commit violence for calling on his supporters to kill rapists and murderers.

Lili claims a "third force" is behind the early morning arrest.

He says he was arrested for being in contempt of court, but explains that he had to attend three cases at three different courts at the same time on Friday.

Lili says the timing of his arrest is suspicious because he's planning to lead a march to offices of the Democratic Alliance, the public protector and the SA Human Rights Commission on Thursday in Cape Town.
