CAPE TOWN - Police are investigating after a body washed up near Clifton in Cape Town.
The body was recovered by two locals during a morning swim.
It's unclear whether the body is that of a 10-year-old boy who is presumed to have drowned in the area last month.
The police's Fredrick van Wyk said, "At this stage it cannot be confirmed if this is the same person of the person who went missing from the same beach in December 2015 as a result of decomposing. We will do DNA tests to compare with the relatives of the missing person."
