Will Pistorius's house arrest conditions be extended for bail?
Pistorius is expected to appear in the High Court in Pretoria where he will apply for bail.
JOHANNESBURG - Eyewitness News understands Oscar Pistorius has agreed to bail conditions similar to those imposed on him during his house arrest.
The athlete shot and killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day nearly three years ago.
Pistorius is expected to appear in the High Court in Pretoria this morning where he will apply for bail.
Last week the Supreme Court of Appeal set aside his culpable homicide conviction and replaced it with one of murder.

It's understood Pistorius has no objection to continuing to abide by the house arrest conditions which includes limited time away from his uncle Arnold's mansion.
It is however believed that instead of a parole officer assigned to keep an eye on him, he will now have to report his movements once again to the police investigating officer.
Pistorius is expected to reveal that he intends appealing his murder conviction at the Constitutional Court.
While sentencing argument dates were expected to be set today, it's understood that the new appeal will put this process on hold until it's completed.
Court proceedings are expected to not take longer than 30 minutes today.
