Red Frogs to the rescue for matrics

As matrics gear up for celebrations, Pippa Rowney chats to Kieno Kammies about the Red Frogs project to keep matrics safe.

CAPE TOWN - It's that time of year again when thousands of matriculants descend on Plettenberg Bay for the Plett Rage student festival.

The student festival also takes place in Jeffreys Bay, Margate, Umhlanga, Ballito and Lake Kariba in Zimbabwe.

While it's a time for great celebration, it can have issues.

Luckily, a group known as the Red Frogs have crews at the various 'rages' from the 27 November to 5 December.
