'Motshekga to blame for collapse of ANA negotiations'
Today five teachers unions announced their 400,000 members will not be administering the tests tomorrow.
The unions are the South African Democratic Teachers Union, the National Professional Teachers' Organisation of South Africa (Naptosa), the South African Democratic Teachers Union and the National Teachers Union.
Today they announced their 400,000 members will not be administering the tests tomorrow, arguing that they won't help pupils or teachers.
Naptosa's deputy president Anthea Ceresto says Motshekga withdrew a draft agreement on the ANAs which would have seen the tests postponed until next year.
