But the prospect of the price of diesel significantly dropping is bleak.
Economist Azar Jammine explains why a dip in fuel price is expected.
"Mainly on account of the fact that the international price of crude oil has declined, compared with what prevailed in September. That is attributable to the fact that it does appear as though the northern winter will be a little warmer than what has been anticipated."
