Police nab two in CT abalone bust

CAPE TOWN - Police have arrested two people in Khayelitsha after they were found in possession of abalone worth R2 million.

They were nabbed during patrols in the area on Monday.

The police's Frederick Van Wyk said, "A white Volkswagen panel van was pulled over at the corners of Bonga and Japhta K Masemola roads. The occupants of the vehicles, a man aged 27 and a woman aged 31, both from Khayelitsha, were arrested."
