Alleged child rapist in Kagiso nabbed
A 43-year-old man has been arrested for the alleged rape of nine-year-old boy in Kagiso.
JOHANNESBURG - A man from Tshepisong, in Kagiso, has been arrested for allegedly raping a nine-year-old boy in July, after police cornered the 43-year-old on Thursday night.
The boy reported the rape to his grandmother and that it had happened to him before.
In the latest incident, the boy alleged that the man sent him to buy cigarettes at a tuck shop, before the man raped him at his home.
The police's Solomon Sibiya said, "She further interrogated him, so the boy then disclosed that he was actually raped that's what actually delayed him [from the tuckshop]. He went to tell her that it was not the first time that he raped him."
