JOHANNESBURG - Thabo Rakhale scored the only goal as Orlando Pirates beat Tunisian side CS Sfaxien in the first leg of their Confederations Cup clash.

...and it's all over! The referee blows his whistle and the Bucaneers take all 3 points back to Johannesburg thanks to a Rakhale chip!

Pirates are still in second position in Group B with six points, three points behind Egyptian side Zamalek, who remained unbeaten after defeating AC Leopards 2-0 in Cairo earlier in the day.

The Buccaneers suffered a blow late on the second half when defender Thabo Matlaba suffered a suspected hamstring injury and was replaced by Patrick Phungwayo.
