CAPE TOWN - The case against a woman accused of murdering her former boyfriend has been postponed to 17 July.

The 27-year-old, woman who has been charged with killing Riedwaan Gadien, appeared in the Mitchells Plain Magistrates Court earlier today.

Gadien's charred corpse was found in his Rocklands home on Tuesday.

The accused handed herself over to authorities the following day.

Neighbours say the two were romantically involved but apparently ended their relationship in recent weeks.
