CAPE TOWN - The two Stellenbosch siblings who survived an axe attack have reportedly been reunited.

The Rapport newspaper says the siblings have met for the first time, four months after the gruesome attack at the De Zalze Golf Estate outside Stellenbosch.

Marli and Henri van Breda survived the deadly attack.

Their parents and older brother were murdered at their luxury home at the end of January.

Marli went back to school last week after months of intensive rehabilitation.

The 16-year-old was seriously wounded and doctors say she's still suffering from retrograde amnesia.

She cannot recall any details of the January axe attack.

Her 20-year-old brother Henri sustained minor injuries and has been living with family members.

Police say while more than 130 pieces of evidence have been gathered, no arrests have been made yet.
