Cosmos clash with Leopards ends in nil-nil result

CAPE TOWN - Jomo Cosmos and Black Leopards played to a 0-0 in their Promotion Relegation playoff match on Wednesday afternoon.

However Cosmos keeper Sherwin Naicker did most of the work and managed to keep a clean sheet going into the second period.

Linda Mntambo started Leopards onslaught with chance after chance on their opponents' goal.

Ivan Mahangwahaya then tested Naicker again but he maintained his good form and kept the ball out.

The second half didn't see much in the line of chances however Jomo Sono's men did have a little more bite in their attack but failed to capitalise on their few chances.

Carlton Mashuma almost got a dramatic winner for his team but the victory was not meant to be.
