Eskom: Expect stage two load shedding from 5pm

JOHANNESBURG - Eskom has announced it will escalate load shedding from stage one to stage two as of 5pm this afternoon.

Over the past few days rolling blackouts have taken place regularly despite a recent 'maintenance festival' in which work was done to improve the performance of generators.
