Another child goes missing in Cape Town

CAPE TOWN - A search for yet another missing child is underway in Cape Town.

Police and community members in Wallacedene are searching frantically for a missing four-year-old Bukho Mktyalwa.

The little boy has been missing since yesterday afternoon.

He was last seen playing at a park near his house, wearing blue top and red gumboots.

The Pink Ladies' Dessie Regner said, "He was wearing a blue track suit top, red gumboots and red and white chic pants. If you have any information please call the police or the Pink Ladies."

Several Police vans are patrolling the area, going door-to-door in search of the missing child.

Some boys who claim they saw him earlier today have gone with the police to assist in the search.

The anxiety is clear on his sister Aseze's face as she stands with friends waiting for her parents' call.

They have been searching since his disappearance yesterday.

Neighbours, relatives and friends who have not gone with the search party are standing around speculating about his whereabouts.

One resident says police should check a large open drain nearby.

The six-year-old girl went missing while playing near her home in Hanover Park on Sunday.
