JOHANNESBURG - The Presidency on Friday announced that struggle hero Eric Mtshali, broadcaster Winnie Mahlangu, and former Constitutional Court Judge Yvonne Mokgoro will be presented with National Orders.

Mokgoro will receive an Order of the Baobab for her contribution to the field of law; Mahlangu receives an Order of Ikhamanga for her contribution to broadcasting and Mtshali an Order of Mendi for his role in the struggle.

Former Australian Foreign Affairs Minister Gareth Evans and anti-apartheid movement leader Peter Hain will both receive orders of the companions of OR Tambo for their role in the fight for liberation.
