JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng police have arrested three men in a major drug bust near Wadeville in Germiston.

The Hawks and police uncovered a drug lab with R2 million worth of mandrax tablets.

Police say two men were found processing the drugs.

The alleged ring leader is among those arrested.

The police's Hangwani Mulaudzi says, "We're still trying to ascertain if these three form part and parcel of a bigger syndicate and to check whether they can be connected to other drug labs that we have in the Johannesburg area."
