CAPE TOWN - Ajax Cape Town Coach Roger de Sa is warning his side against complacency ahead of their league match against Chippa United tonight.

The Urban Warriors host their former Cape Town rivals on the back of a 9-1 thrashing of Mainstay United in the Nedbank Cup last weekend.

Ajax are struggling in the league at the moment as they look to make a top eight finish this season.

The Ajax coach says the big win counts for little tonight.

"With us, we've always got the danger of a little of complacency. We need to forget about the last win, the last game, and focus on our not-so-good league formula in the last few weeks. We need to pick it up and these are the type of games you need to win."

"We can't make them more dangerous, all the play for now is the league and to get a good league position. They are a club that's obviously trying to make the top eight as well and they will come out here and have a full goal especially after a defeat."

De Sa says he doesn't see this match as a derby after Chippa's move to Port Elizabeth.

"We were quite sad when they moved, honestly we thought it would be good for cape town to have another PSL team but they made that decision. For us it is just another opposition team, that we struggled to get a point from in the first round we managed to score a point in the last minute and get a draw. And it kept us going at that Time of the season. A difficult team to play against, a lot of good footballers and they are pretty well organised."
