JOHANNESBURG - As 2014 draws to a close, so do the Premier Soccer League (PSL) fixtures for the year.

All 16 teams will be in action this weekend.

Log leaders and firm favourites for the title, Kaizer Chiefs, welcome Mpumalanga Black Aces to the FNB Stadium, gunning for their 18th match without a loss.

Amakhosi are searching for their 14th win of the season to stretch their lead at the top to 16 points.

Meanwhile, Platinum Stars travel to Goble Park to face Free State Stars, desperate to move away from the relegation zone.

Stars lie in 13th place on the log, one point above the bottom three.

At the same time, defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns host Ajax Cape Town at the Lucas Moripe Stadium. They will be looking to move into second spot behind Chiefs.

Coach Pitso Mosimane's team is on a 12 game unbeaten streak and will be hoping to heap further woe on the Urban Warriors who haven't registered a win since 26 November.

Bottom of the log Amazulu take on fellow strugglers Moroka Swallows in the second of two 18:00 kick-offs.

Usuthu have only won one of their 15 games this season, drawing six and losing eight.

In Saturday's late games, Orlando Pirates face Bloemfontein Celtic, who have recently welcomed back coach Clint Larsen, while Polokwane City do battle with Maritzburg United.

On Sunday, Wits square off against the University of Pretoria and Gordon Igesund's Supersport United visit Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. Both matches get underway at 15:30.
