3 CT children recover after being shot in crossfire
The children, aged between 8 and 14, were wounded after being caught in gang crossfire in Mitchells Plain.
There was a drive-by shooting in the Beacon Valley area on Friday afternoon.
Two men were also wounded in the attack.
The shooting comes just days ahead of the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children Campaign.
The Mitchells Plain Community Policing Forum (CPF)'s Lynne Phillips says two of the children, aged eight and 14, are in a stable condition.
An 11-year-old child was critical, but has since been stabilised.
"We are condemning any acts of violence against children. Our children are defenceless and can't fend for themselves."
