The Gauteng Premier says he will listen to the concerns of Gauteng motorists.
JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Premier David Makhura says his government will strive to find a solution to the tolling of highways with the assessment panel's final report due in the next two weeks.
The panel was appointed by Makhura to assess the socio economic impact of the multibillion rand project.
In December the premier and his executive will have to decide on a way forward based on the recommendations.
Makhura says they will make sure the findings are taken seriously.
"As we have said before, this panel is not a waste of time, its work is very important for our people of this province. I still want to say we are very determined to find a solution to the issues of concern raised by the people of Gauteng."
