CT provides relief aid to Lusaka informal settlement

CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town says residents of Lusaka informal settlement in Nyanga have all been provided relief aid and their homes have been rebuilt.

The shack fire happened on Thursday night leaving over a hundred people destitute.

Disaster Management Services' Wilfred Solomons says calm has been restored.

"By the evening they had already rebuilt the structures and they will continue to assist the victims."
