Province out for another home win
Western Province to face the Griquas in the Currie Cup at Newlands at 3pm.
CAPE TOWN - Western Province take on Griquas at 3pm in the first of today's Currie Cup matches.
Province made five changes for the clash with Allister Coetzee giving first starts to flank Sikhumbuzo Notshe and winger Justin Geduld.
Western Province's unbeaten run came to an end against the Lions last week so they will be desperate to bounce back with an emphatic win over Griquas.
But it is easier said than done, as Griquas are brimming with confidence as they are on a two-match winning streak after victories over the Sharks and Pumas.
But Province is odds on favourites to beat Griquas and keep their home record intact.
They currently top of the table, while their visitors today languish at the wrong end of the table and occupy seventh spot.
A win for Province will put them one step closer to securing a home semi-final in three weeks' time.
