Mossel Bay teacher accused of sexual assault

CAPE TOWN - A Mossel Bay teacher has been ordered not to make contact with a 15-year-old boy he's alleged to have sexually assaulted.
The 57-year-old educator has indicated he will plead not guilty to the charges against him after he was arrested last week.
He's charged with sexually assaulting the pupil at a local school.
The Police's Malcolm Potje says the accused appeared in court this week.
"The case was reminded to 14 October for further investigation. He was released on bail of R2,000 and the charge against him is one of sexual assault."
