Fans descend on Cape Town Stadium for Bafana vs Super Eagles
Around 35,000 people are expected to attend tonight’s game which starts at around 8pm.
CAPE TOWN - Spectators are slowly making their way into the Cape Town Stadium ahead of South Africa's African Cup of Nations (Afcon) 2015 qualifier against Nigeria.
Around 35,000 people are expected to attend tonight's game, which gets underway in about an hour's time.
Bafana fans making their way into the stadium appear jubilant and confident of a win against the Super Eagles tonight.
This is despite Bafana's dismal record against Nigeria, having only secured one win in nine attempts.
The team's record in Cape Town isn't that impressive either, having only won twice in the Mother City since 1997.
But following their impressive 3-0 away win against Sudan last week, there appears to be a new found confidence among both the team and the fans that Bafana can pull off something special tonight.
