It took only a few short hours for social media users to take a bite out of Apple.
JOHANNESBURG -Apple's 2014 product launch put a lot of speculation to rest. The iPhone manufacturer has once again proven itself to be a company which not only looks to the future but one is the future.
With the introduction of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, as well as the launch of their smartwatch the Apple Watch, their trajectory is certainly set to stay light years ahead of many of its competitors.
But it wasn't just the two larger iPhones, with screens measuring 4.7 inches (11.9 cm) and 5.5 inches (13.9cm) (larger by four inches (10cm) on the iPhone 5S) or the newest addition to the Apple family's ability to be a mobile payments system that works with the new iPhones, that were spoken about yesterday.
The phones and Apple Watch have come under scrutiny on social media networks in the excitement of their release. Some pertinent questions were raised using the hashtag #iphone6questions.

The Apple Watch was not one to be shown up, as people also took to Twitter to comment and ask about it's validity as a tool or fashion accessory.

Jokes aside the iPhone 6 is bound to make Christmas lists everywhere, while the Apple Watch release date is only due for next year. So take some time to get familiar with the products as people are bound to vie for the gadgets, even if their competitors do make better adverts than they.
