Tol Ass Mo takes 'k-word' issue to HRC
Comedian Mongezi Ngcobondwane will go to the HRC after being called the 'k-word'.
JOHANNESBURG - TV personality and comedian Mongezi Ngcobondwane, also known as Tol Ass Mo, says he intends lodging a complaint with the Human Rights Commission (HRC) after being called the 'k-word'.
The comedian is expected to make his second appearance in the Newlands Magistrate Court this morning on a charge of intimidation.
He was arrested earlier this month after an altercation between him and another man over a parking space.
It's understood Ngcobondwane assaulted the man for swearing at him.
His lawyer Lindiwe Mkhize says they've been in touch with the HRC.
"Mongezi is taking care of that. There is someone he is liaising with at the commission."
Meanwhile, the HRC says it's prepared to investigate.
