JOHANNESBURG - The case against Cypriot national George Louca, who is accused of killing strip club boss Lolly Jackson, will be back in the Kempton Park Magistrates Court this morning.

Louca fled South Africa after Jackson's murder in May 2010 but was extradited from Cyprus in February.

It's understood Louca will appear court in absentia today, due to a threat that he might be attacked.

But he faces unrelated charges in court today that date back to 2006, when he was found in possession of stolen goods.

He is also facing charges of money laundering and the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Police are keeping Louca in protective custody for security reasons.
