JOHANNESBURG - Sharks coach Jake White says scrumhalf Cobus Reinach will be fit for next week's Super Rugby playoff match against the Highlanders.

Reinach was withdrawn from the Sharks starting lineup ahead of the match against the Stormers last night with a hamstring injury.

White says they need him to be fit for next week.

"Last week he hurt his hamstring and we decided to rest him and get him ready for next week

White says they have several other players also likely to return, including Pat Lambie and Tendai 'Beast' Mtawarirath.

JP Pietersen took a serious knock to the head in the match, and White says they're hoping he recovers in time for the game.

"We took him for a scan and he failed a concussion test, which is a concern for next week. But there are all those checks and balances you have to do and if he passes those he will be available for next week," says White.

On Saturday the Sharks beat the Stormers 34-10 to bring an exciting end to the round robin phase of the 2014 Super Rugby competition.
