Two fishermen rescued
The NSRI confirmed the men were reunited with their families.
CAPE TOWN - Two West Coast fishermen who were lost at sea have been found safe, the National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) said on Thursday.
An extensive search was launched off the Elands Bay coastline on Wednesday after the fishermen reported engine trouble.
NSRI's Craig Lambinon says the two men were reunited with their families.
"They were found at 1am this morning."
BOY LOST AT SEA NEAR MARGATE
The NSRI says an extensive search is underway for a nine-year-old boy lost at sea in Margate on KwaZulu-Natal's South Coast.
The boy was reportedly swept out to sea by rip currents on Wednesday afternoon.
Lambinon says there has been no sign of the child.
Police divers are continuing with their search.
