PSL transfers in motion

JOHANNESBURG - Fans of the Premier Soccer League have had to wait to see who their teams are targeting with the transfer window yet to heat up ahead of the 2014/15 season.

The moves that have been completed so far have seen Mpumalanga Black Aces make a double swoop with the signing of midfielder Thanduyise Khuboni and left-back Mzivukile Tom. Both players have been brought in from Golden Arrows.

Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates are set to part was with striker Collins Mbesuma, according to Mbesuma's agent Mike Makaab. The Zambian striker only made three appearances for the Buccaneers last season.

Defender Clayton Daniels is now training at SuperSport United after having signed a pre-contact earlier. Daniels joins from Bloemfontein Celtic and becomes yet another player to be exchanged between the clubs.

Celtic secured the signing defender Bevan Fransman from Matsatsantsa, on a two-year deal, while in exchange striker Lerato Manzini has joined SuperSport on loan.

Chippa United have given up on singing Zambia captain Chris Katongo after failing to agree terms. Katongo spent last season at Golden Arrows.
