JOHANNESBURG - A man arrested for allegedly raping and murdering two teenagers in Soweto and a woman in Rustenburg is expected to appear in the Protea Magistrates Court this morning.

Police said DNA results linked Thapelo Motseki to all three crimes.

The latest case against him involves a 16-year-old girl who was found raped and murdered in the Dobsonville area in Soweto.

This crime bears striking similarities to the murder of an 18-year-old woman whose body was discovered in the same area last year.

The police's Kay Makhubela said, "The case was reminded for further investigation and he'll appear again on 9 June."
