DA to vote on Mazibuko's replacement

The DA's parliamentary caucus will meet on Thursday to vote on the matter.

CAPE TOWN - Nominations for the Democratic Alliance (DA)'s new parliamentary leader will close today.

So far, the party has confirmed that only Mmusi Maimane has been nominated for the position.

The DA's federal chair James Selfe says the party hasn't ruled out that more nominations could be made.

Lindiwe Mazibuko announced after the 7 May elections that she had taken the decision to study abroad instead of returning to Parliament.
