Hawks to add another charge on Nabolisa
The Hawks still want Frank Nabolisa to be convicted on charges of drug manufacturing.
JOHANNESBURG - The Hawks said they are still investigating another drug related case against convicted dealer Frank Nabolisa after he was found guilty on additional drug charges yesterday.
Nabolisa was convicted in 2011 along with the wife of former state security minister Siyabonga Cwele.
Sheryl Cwele is currently serving a 12-year sentence for drug trafficking.
The Hawks hailed another victory after it secured another 30-year sentence against the drug dealer.
The Wynberg Regional Court convicted Nabolisa yesterday on additional drug charges.
He will serve three more decades behind bars after he completes his initial 12-year sentence.
While the head of the Hawks Shadrack Sibiya said he's pleased with the additional term, the investigating unit still wants Nabolisa to be convicted on charges of drug manufacturing.
