WC school boy stabbed to death
A 15-year-old boy was arrested after the death of a matric pupil yesterday
CAPE TOWN - An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal stabbing outside a Wellington school in the Western Cape.
A matric pupil was stabbed to death yesterday near the Wellington Secondary School.
The police's Fredrick van Wyk said, "A 15-year-old boy was arrested and will appear in the Wellington Magistrates Court today."
The exact details as to what happened are being investigated.
The provincial education department's Bronagh Casey said, "The department has organised counselling for the learners, teachers and all who witnessed the incident."
This is the second such incident in just over a month after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death by a fellow pupil following an argument on a bus near George.
