Zimbabwean couple arrested for smuggling gold

JOHANNESBURG - A Zimbabwean couple has been arrested for allegedly attempting to smuggle gold worth R6 million into South Africa.

The pair was arrested at Musina's Beitbridge border post and remain in police custody.

The police's Hangwani Mulaudzi says, "They are in custody, we're still busy investigating and Hawks have taken over the investigation."
