CAPE TOWN - Four cops have been arrested on charges of corruption, Western Cape police confirmed on Wednesday.
The officers recovered tik at a Kuils River house and allegedly forced the homeowner to pay R1,000 in order to avoid being arrested.
The man reported the incident to authorities after paying the policemen.
The police's Thembinkosi Kinana says the officers left his house without carrying out an arrest.
