The woman is being questioned about her version of events when the Olympic and Paralympic athlete's 29-year-old girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was gunned down at his Pretoria East home on 14 February 2013.
Earlier on Monday, Michelle Burger, who lives in Silver Stream Estate which is adjacent to the Silver Woods Country Estate where the shooting took place, told the court she heard blood-curdling screams on the morning of the shooting.
She told the court she was emotional, traumatised and confused after hearing four quick shots.
Defence Advocate Barry Roux accused Burger of adapting her version of events and "speculating, and trying to fill the gaps".
Burger insisted she heard four shots, although she says her husband heard more.
Roux then asked the woman if she was testifying that Pistorius lied during his bail application.
She said she can't understand how he didn't hear a woman's "petrified screams".
Roux tried to determine how long the screams went on for and if she heard them after the shooting.
Burger maintains she definitely heard a voice after the last shot was fired.
During earlier testimony, Judge Thokozile Masipa asked whether there was miscommunication between Burger and her interpreter.
This after Roux asked Burger to clarify what she meant earlier when she said "it was a confusing evening".
Burger then started speaking in clear English.
She also described to the court how she heard the fear in a woman's voice and said it was an extremely traumatic night.
Burger also accused Roux of interrupting the interpreter with his own translations.
Roux told the court that Pistorius sounded like a woman when he screams because his voice pitches.

He also questioned whether Burger heard gunshots or a sound resembling shots.
Burger was adamant that what she heard were shots.
