Cricket: SA under 19 take on Pakistan
This is the furthest an SA under 19 side has gone at a world cup.
JOHANNESBURG - The South African under 19 cricket side take on Pakistan in the final of the under 19 world cup in Dubai today.
The Proteas head into the final as the only unbeaten side in the competition.
This is also the furthest that an SA under 19 side has gone at a world cup.
Coach Ray Jennings says they're prepared for what the Pakistanis will bring.
"We're playing in sub-continent conditions, yes they do have four spinners, those spinners will attack out batsmen and we have to make sure we have some sort of tactic going into the game."
Big things are expected from pace man Kagiso Rabada who took sensational figures of 6 for 25 in the semi-final win over Australia.
He says he's not putting any pressure on himself ahead of the final.
"I think right now I think he is in a good space and I don't want to put any pressure on him so it's not just about me.
"Everyone has their different roles and everyone is the best at what they do, so I think everyone will stick to their guns."
