Two killed in alleged mob justice attack
Community members in Olievenhoutbosch accused the pair of murdering a young man on Saturday.
JOHANNESBURG - Two people have been burnt to death in an alleged mob justice attack in Olievenhoutbosch, Gauteng police confirmed on Tuesday.
According to authorities, the pair was accused of murdering a young man on Saturday.
Community members received information of their whereabouts in Diepsloot and brought the pair back to Centurion where they were killed.
Police spokesperson Tumisang Moloto says 13 community members were arrested.
Some of the suspects were detained at the weekend while others were arrested on Tuesday.
