Stuck Translux strands passengers for 10 hours
Passengers were left stranded for about 10 hours on Tuesday night outside Colesburg.
JOHANNESBURG - Bus service Translux says it had launched an investigation after it took one of its buses travelling from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg 28 hours to reach its destination.
Passengers were left stranded for about 10 hours on Tuesday night outside Colesburg when the bus broke down.
Translux's Vusi Nhlapo has attributed the incident to miscommunication saying those responsible will face serious consequences.
"We had the post incident review with managers and I've been assured that the people who didn't follow procedure will be investigated and proper measures will be taken."
