Temporary structures for shack fire victims
The City of Cape Town has promised to upgrade the area which was gutted by fire on Monday.

Around 1,400 people were left homeless when a fire ripped through the area on Monday.
Officials say engineers will be surveying the land and marking out plots.
The city's JP Smith says temporary structures will be put in place for now.
"Toilets and taps are being put in place and that will last until the one-on-one services can be installed later."
The local community hall has been opened to provide emergency shelter.
