Komphela holds no grudges
The former Free State Stars coach says he has no hard feelings following his departure from the club.
JOHANNESBURG - Former Free State Stars coach Steve Komphela on Wednesday said he holds no grudges following his departure from the club.
He left his position after they lost 2-0 to Kaizer Chiefs at the weekend.
Stars are currently 11th on the Premier Soccer League (PSL) log.
Komphela said it was the right decision for him to leave.
"The best thing that I chose to do is to move on."
Komphela says while he is enjoying his break from the game, he is open to any job vacancies that open up in football management.
"I got a very strong warning that I should not attend matches because I'll be rocking other coaches' boats. That's the nature of the business.
"I think for now, I just have to switch off and take time. Whatever happens will happen."
